scaleform problem in udk

hello its me again with another problem(yes, i am a noob)
i followed the tutorial at http://udn.epicgames.com/Three/ScaleformQuickStart.html
but it does not work! my menu will not show up its just dark!
does anybody now any bugs or well known problems?
please help me!

Where does it show up dark; in the game, or in GFxPlayer? And have you tested the other one?

its dark in the editor/game. but where do i find the gfxplayer?

Either open the SF with the player manually, which you can find in the Binaries\GFx folder, or add the scaleform launcher to flash and play using that:
