Scaleform, on the other hand, seems to wrap around vector objects just fine.
Which is good because rasterized image objects like PNGs, BMPs, JPGs, etc. tend to do a lot of aliasing in a motion tween and it doesn't look very good. Vector images give me the upper hand in presenting the UI with a more professional polish because of better anti-aliasing capabilities. So it works out

Now I just have to figure out if Illustrator will allow me to preserve the line stroke when I turn off opacity. It's a longshot, but I suppose it wouldn't hurt to ask here (in addition to a google search). Would anyone happen to know how to 0 out an object's fill opacity, while keeping the line stroke like you can with vector shapes in Photoshop?
