Question About Two Different Status on HUD

I have a simple question

My game will have HUD with 2 informations: HP and Ammo....

My question is abouth Flash to do this:

It's possible make just one flash with two movie clips or is two differents files without movie clip?

Have you some Tuto that I can use to take as example?

For simplicity I'd use one movie with two movieclips

I can't point enough people to Matt's you tube channel, in particular the integration playlist, it's ideal for understanding how this all works together
