Commercial Use

Me and my team were currently making a game, and had decided to begin using Scaleform Gfx, and we had realized here, http://www.scaleform.com/udkusers, that this sentence "Available free-of-charge for non-commercial use, -" was in the description. We were planning on releasing our game, and I cannot seem to find out how to use Scaleform for Commercial Use.

Can anyone direct me in the right direction, or tell me what steps I must take?

According to http://forums.epicgames.com/showthread.php?t=724791 it's free, but that was a year ago. Some official (re)confirmation on this would be nice.

You need to include the scaleform logo in your startup screen among other technology stuff. But other than that we did not have to pay anything extra for using scaleform. That cost is included in the cost for the engine. Which in the UDK case is a percentage of the profit after a certain limit has been reached if I'm not mistaken.
