Can you take a screenshot of the UVW map in blender? I may be able to help out.
As for the collsion you need to setup the collision within blender or you can make collision within UDK (dose not work out at times), when you make the collision model it needs to be basic primitive, also when you name the object you need to make sure it has a extension in the mesh name (eg: "UCX_MeshName')

I made a simple cube and inported in udk

I have aligned the uv's as best as I could in blender since it doesn't have snapping.
Also the cubes do not have collision at all even though I enabled collisionTags: None
