3ds Max Unwrap UVW mirror/flip question

I'm unwrapping a human head, and I detached the ears from the mesh because it was easier. So I separately Unrwapped the left ear, and then I applied a simmetry modifer to create the right one. Then I reapplied an Unwrap UVW modifier and I wanted to mirror the right ear UVs, But the mirror tool apparentely can only apply a simmetry in respect to the middle point of the selection and not to the middle of the UV tile:

Is there a way to do this?

If you unwrapped the left ear and THEN applied the symmetry modifier the UV's of the right ear already should be correctly lying on identical coordinates as the left ear.

Is the problem that you are looking to have unique UV's for the right ear and want the respective coordinates to be perfectly on the other side of the UV space?
I don't see any reason why you would need to have this done perfectly, just hold SHIFT (to only move it horizontally) and roughly move them where you would like them after mirroring them.

Yes I know, there's no real reason for being so precise, so I moved the mirrored UVs with the move tool. I just wanted to know if it was possible.
