    Stuck with modular pawn texturing.

    Hello, I'm fairly new to 3D stuff so I'm sorry if this sounds too begginer.



    I have this fully working gibbed mesh but I still haven't figured out a proper way of baking normal/specular/ao maps without getting the gaps visible on the surface, I also had problems between the borders with normals pointing in the wrong direction which I attempted to fix by hand, now the seams are barely noticeable in game, but it's not really perfect.

    I guess my whole workflow on making it pre-broken might be wrong, or at least needs a lot of improvement so any advise is appreciated.

    If you have the problems with seams visible between parts then separate the inner faces from the rest of the mesh , when they are not connected they shouldn't make any seams.

      I can't believe it was boggling me, it's much simpler than I thought lol thanks
