Blender to UDK tutorials

Try the tutorials on the Blender site. Plenty of information there regarding modelling and it's where I started.

that's true but those tutorials will not specifically have UDK in mind so while some things will work other stuff might not.

Geodav's tutorials are a good place to start

I've been importing models from Blender into UDK for a little over three years. The best place for tutorials on this process is GeoDav. I would recommend that you start by learning how to do static meshes first and then work your way up to Skeletal meshes. I hope this helps.
