    Edges on meshes with multiple materials

    Ok, i have started creation of UDK machinima. For fun. Everything goes fine so far - animation, matinee, facefx etc. Except one thing - those wierd looking edges on meshes with multiple materials. I am sure this is something very basic, i just can't figure out what excatly. Can you guys at least point me in right direction? Maybe some simple construction in material editor can fix this? I am very noob in shaders and materials.

    The normals don't match, either it's the normal map or the mesh is split there.

      Is it the same on the other side of the face too?If you are in maya see if those edges are soften ore in max set the normal angle(i think that is what is called)
      Why do you have 5 materials?One for the eyes,one for inner mouth i supose,one for the head and the rest?It may sound stupid but unplug all the materials from the slots and plug them in randomly not fowoling the order of 0,1,2,3,4.Close and reopen the head.
