MP4 to Bink Problem

Hello, I'm trying to convert a *.mp4 video to *.bik video with Rad Video Tools.
But everytime I press "Bink", nothing happens, no error... nothig.
What I'm doing wrong?

I found the mistake: My Norton is deleting the "binkmake.dll", so now it's working
