    No Material Forum!? Need some help modifying a cell shader!

    (Sorry that this thread is here, there isn't a Material forum.)

    So I followed a tutorial to achieve a cell shaded material, shown here.



    This works just like expected, but I would like to have it so that the darkest step isn't 100% black, as it looks way too dark and off when applied in game. I would like to have it at around 75-50% black, but since I don't really understand the set up that much, I don't really know how to get around to doing this.

    Would anyone know how to do this? I would really appreciate it!

    Try a constant clamp, maybe after the divide and set the dark value to 75-50% black.

      Actually, I ended up multiplying the end result with a single low value (ended up being .2) and plugged it into emissive, and that worked fine!

        X3SB's solution seems to work fine, but can someone explain me why there is this dirty shadow please?
