    Hi,
    is it possible to modelobjects in udk by scripting vertices location, which can change dynamically over time?

    In the full version of UE3 that is possible by accessing the source code, but you can't access vertex info in UDK. You can maybe achieve what you want with vertex displacement in the mesh's material, but it will be nowhere near as flexible as a real modeling program.
