    Hmm this looks familiar.
    Mine I deduced was either a problem with blender's psk export, or something going on in UDK with vehicle morphs. Even though at first glance it looks like a skinning error.

    You probably want to mention what 3D app you used, how you imported it, etc.

        Well it might be the same issue, I have started a thread ...

        Since I am lazy, YOU could try the FBX morph export / import method (which is guaranteed not to be as elegant as the ActorX method). I am curious if the same problem persists.

          a before and after pic would be nice, i've done morph targets from both max and blender which work fine.

          in general never change any of the bones and only move the vertices, shown on both max + blender videos

            Well... you could try this...
            -update morph target set - manually there.
            -then delete the morphs.
            -then re-import the morphs. (and cross your fingers).

                i checked max 2010 + actorx yesterday all was fine as far as i can tell, just as a check can you import both meshes as normal skeletal meshes to see if they come in clean
