I'm having trouble setting up a root bone with CAT. The motion capture node, if I try using it, always has a weird rotation. Other methods always crash CAT motion. Any ideas? I have noticed that the CAT Parent and the Mocap Node always have a y rotation as 90. Does anyone know how to fix that?

EDIT: Darn, looks like I will have to redo the rig, the skinning, and the animations with a skeleton that uses z not x as the bone axis...
