    Multi-Texturing a model

    Hi Guys!

    Im new to UDK.


    Im working on a map, and i've already made some assets. I want to know if there is a way to apply a different material to each model's face. If i collapse my UVW Map modifier in 3dsMax, UDK will respect the texture mapping???

    You'll need to use different material id's for the different materials. Like you would when using a multi sub object material. You'll then have the amount of material slots on your model in UDK as you do material id's.

      What he meant is you need to apply an independant material to each individual face. After that, in UDK you can assign different materials to each face.
