Hey Joseph! Great looking furniture models there. You might want to give some details on poly count and material size etc.

As for how to distribute them, seeing as how you've got them in game already, you just need to put all the files into a single package then zip up the upk file and upload it to your website for download.

hey torque, thanks glad you like them. The poly counts I am not sure about i'll post them when I get home, they are all under 200 hundred polys I know that for sure, the textures are 1024, so that user can adjust them to any size the would like. Easier going down then up. Which files do I need the textures that make up the material or just the material file? The 3d model or just the udk imported model? Thanks for your help.

I think the best way for you to release stuff is in the .obj format with separate texture files. That would be compatible with most any software and allow modification.

Hello everyone, I have been very busy with work so not around much. Working two jobs can really strain your time. I have recently cut back to one job though, so starting next week I will be spending at least 20 hours a week updating this thread with lowpoly models for you guys to use. If there is anything particular that you need feel free to ask.

I'm searching for some free (or not free but not too expensive) characters to create a puzzle - rpg game.
I found some website that offer 3d models for free but not for commercial use (i don't know if i'm going to sell the game, i have a lot to work and study) and many sites that sell 3d models but with high detail's level (more than 50000 faces, i work with apple's mobile systems so 4000 faces are too much yet).
Now i'm studying 3d modeling but i don't have a lot of time. Are there on the internet some resources to start with? Just to have a base to modify to create my own characters.
