I suppose you just can export the stuff you do, convert a brush to staticmesh, and export it as an OBJ file in a 3D software, to see the size of it, and maybe export the objects you had imported in the UDK, but not the original staticmeshes of the UDK, as it is told above, you can' t .
Just right clic it in the content browser to export it .
PS: That' s the way i use to add more details to the walls, or any stuff i made in the UDK, using an external 3D software, the mod tool in my case .
hyper shado this is a standard part of my pipeline that i do all the time and as you can see by the actual informative posts after yours many others have figured it out as well
