Blender.org (the site which you downloaded from) has tons of tutorials, for beginners right up to pros: http://www.blender.org/education-help/tutorials/

If you can, I recommend checking your local library for books on Blender as well. In particular, try to find a book called "The Essential Blender" which was put together by the Blender development team. This book will help familiarize you with the work flow of Blender as well as how to find specific tools and hot keys that may not be covered under your standard tutorials. I think this is the area where most beginners get confused, since without this information learning Blender can have quite a steep learning curve as opposed to some of the other modelling programs out there.

Little help on using Blender for UDK

Okay, I'm just getting started on using Blender for UDK.
However, I don't have much knowledge in modeling and stuff, so I need some help on using Blender.
    Tutorials would be more welcome.
