I was wondering if I would be able to get a skeletal mesh similar in size to the original NPCs that come with UDK and just apply that new mesh to the already existing skeleton and make an easy and basic NPC that way instead of making all the animations by hand (i.e. walking, idle, etc)
is this possible or would I need to rough it and do it myself/borrow from other games?
