    ok NewEarth as i thought the actual mesh is to small so that UE3 won't render the triangles, scale it up by at least 4 then it will import ok.

    i do really suggest you reduce the triangle count though, in blender use the decimate modifier

      Import your obj to 3dsmax, export to fbx, import to udk - no issues...

        i dont have 3dsmax because my trial ended and i cant redownload it and i wont buy it

          You can just solidify the object on Blender by selecting your object, then click modifier, then click solidify, and then export as FBX from Blender

            i fixed this problem by lowering polygons to 10k in blender
