I think you could have a light that only affects certain objects, and have those objects only cast shadows. Not sure what you're trying to accomplish, but maybe that could help.
@ChampagneRobot actually I am not trying accomplish anything, I still try to learn UDK and experiment something different.
So I would accept every solution that gives result or even similar to result.
How could I make a light to affect certain objects ?
And I couldnt find anything related to casting only shadows, there is a cast shadows option but it is not cast "only" shadows.
@ambershee Unfortunately a light with no brightness also does not cast shadows.
Could you explain more about lighting channels ?
