Lighting issue - please help!

If you take a look at the wall on the right after the lighting gets built one of the beams goes extremely dark. Does anyone know what is causing this to happen? I have sorted out the smoothing groups, x-form anything else?

either your lightmap UV's are wrong or on that particular piece has flipped normals

I finally figured it out - the problem was that I needed to increase the light map resolution within the mesh editor.
