UDK level streaming volume problem

Hey guys, im wondering if somebody could help me out with this issue im having, and im already pulling my hair out.

So, i have this level that consists in different level streaming volumes, and they are working just fine in the viewport, but once i press "play from here" or "play on PC" they just dont show up, they look like they are not triggering by their volumes.

any ideias?
