Kactor and trigger problem?

Hello,

So my question is really simple. I managed to get the triggers to be activated with Kactor but now here is the problem. I have a box that is a Kactor, and i am picking it up with a Physics gun. But now the problem is the box always works when i pick it up, but once i place it on the trigger it just gets stuck i cant move it in anyway, only way i managed to move it up is by grabbing another box and just knocking it down.

I feel as if there is some sort of a problem with collision of the trigger but i can't seem to figure it out. Any help is appreciated as i need to fix it as its a very important aspect and basicaly ruins the whole gameplay.

Finally i managed to figure it out took me a bit of time but basicly if anyone else gets this problem, here is how i managed to fix it. Select the trigger then go under collision, then below can step up on, click the little drop menu called collision component and make sure you find uncheck Block Zero Extent
