Add a Constant2Vector to your TexCoord which is the half, negative of the texcoord. E.g. Texccord (1,1), add (-0.5,-0.5).

I did it and it works nice but another problem is that it is zooming at 0,0 coordinate but I need to zoom in the center of image. Do you know how to fix it, please ?

Multiply a texcoord node with sine/cosine. Some additional parameters (add scalar to sine, multiply sine by scalar) will help to adjust the final results for your needs.
