UDK Crash when touching Physics Asset

    Ok, I am going to rephrase my question. If I simply drag and drop a physics asset into the standard udk level (the one with the cube) and press play, the character can't interact with the asset at all... why is that?

    UDK Crash when touching Physics Asset

    Hey guys... I've encountered a problem. I have made a fence door as skeletal mesh and created a proper physics asset for it so that my character can open it by touching. I've set the variable bPushesRigidBodies=true in the Pawns default properties. But every time the character is touching the door, my level crashes.
    The Log says "Critical: appError called: Cast of NULL to Pawn failed"

    Help would be greatly appreciated!
