I'm trying to create a effect of water being dripped down the player's screen from trickling rain. I found this:

"These lens effects can be used to create things like rain dripping down the camera lens..." That's exactly what I want. But how do I implement a "lens effect" I've searched through the camera properties, post process properties and all of kismet but I cannot find anything regarding lens effect. Is it simply just a particle system attached to the player via "attach to actor" in kismet?
