    Multiplayer issue?

    I'm still understanding The whole multiplayer thing here so sorry for being a nubbie. I thought that I had it working great on a single player setup but when I run the map with multiplayer anyone who connects the issue shows up. I wanted lights inbedded in the road in my level so I tried this.
    Here is the setup as seen in the video. What you see is the dark off light is a static Mesh that does nothing just sits. The bright light is just an InterpActor that flashes from hidden to seen off and on. In the video you can see in kismet how I did it, I thought pretty easy in concept but not for anyone to connect to server to see it. All they see is the dark static mesh that does nothing but sit.

    Sorry if its a little blurry. I hope you get the idea. Is this a replication issue or can I solve it a different way?
