This is what I did:
1. Took a screenshot of the level
2. Added the lut texture on top of that screenshot (merged it with the screenshot layer in PS)
3. Adjusted the colors (used Selective Color and Hue and Saturation).
4. Clipped out the LUT-texture
5. Saved it as TARGA 24bit
6. Imported it as TEXTUREGROUP_COLORLOOKUPTABLE
7. Created a PostProcess Volume
8. Added it as a lut texture
