    how to create dynamic weather in a level ??

    i need help in creating the dynamic weather can any 1 can guide me in this mater ??
    plzz if also mention the link of tutorial if it is available

      Though I'm not sure what you mean by dynamic weather. You can create a scripted event that occurs on any one of a number of conditions and trigger the particle effect from the above tutorial.

            Use Cascade (particle system) for rain. Lots of tutorials, just use Google.

                UE3 has horrible dynamic shadows at the moment because it is built around precomputed lighting. However, you can use Kismet and Matinee to rotate the light around. There are probably lots of tutorials about this on the net.

                You can use flat planes with a scrolling texture to make it look like it's raining, or you can use particle systems. With particles, you'll need one system for the rain drops, and then make it trigger an event to spawn the splashes.
