How do I create sublevels?

Seriously, I do not know how to do this. How does one go about creating sublevels for a given level they are making? I gotta imagine this is easy....but I can't find any videos or documentation on how to do it.

Open the Content Browser...
Select The Levels tab...
Click Level on the top tool bar...
Make your choice...
