Terrain question

Hello guys 'n girls,

for a map i am creating i need a big landscape. Woods or Jungle probably.

Would the terrain editor be good enough or should i model the terrain seperatly in a 3d modeling environment?

What experiences did you have?

The landscape editor is pretty great. Terrain not so much.

Yeah the Landscape Editor looks good.
But for a very big terrain? I should start working then
