    Skeletal actor Self shadows

Hi! My question-is there any way to achieve high quality shadows with simple Dominant directional light for the Skeletal actor (Light Environment is turned on).
Left picture achieved with Dom.Dir.Light Movable ("Whole Scene Dynamic Shadow Radius"= 2048, "Num whole Scene Dynamic Shadow Cascades"=4). There is shadow near nose. Number of cascades has influence on shadow quality.
Right picture achieved with Dom.Dir.Light ("Whole Scene Dynamic Shadow Radius"= 2048, "Num whole Scene Dynamic Shadow Cascades"=4). There is no shadows on face, near nose. Number of cascades has no influence on shadow quality (for the Skeletal actor only). Why?
Maybe, there is some settings in Light Environment that can improve shadows from Dom.Dir.Light? I don't want to use Dom.Dir.Light Movable because of it performance cost (or maybe there is no big difference between Dom.Dir.Light and Dom.Dir.Light Movable?). I really need high quality shadows on actors face. Thanks! )
