Rotate a Pivot

I'd like to rotate the cameras pivot by 90 degrees (without rotating the object) except can't figure out how to change it. I know about right click on object and click pivot and save etc. Whilst I can see how to change pivot position the rotation change I can't figure out.

Why do you need to do this exactly?

I'm not sure what you want to do. But I can tell you, that if you have chosen a camera/static mesh, and click [Alt]+MMB, then Pivot point will move there. And after that don't forget to immediately click RMB on the camera, go to Pivot > Save Pivot to PrePivot.
