    How can i use additive animation in Matinee?

    Just curious. I am looking for any ways to optimize the final release. I think using additive animations in some cutscenes instead of normal animations is exactly what i need. The problem is that i don't know how to use them in Matinee.

    Not sure how Matinee interfaces with the Pawn in script, but Pawn usually gets OnPlayAnim() called when the appropriate Kismet action is activated to make him play an animation. From there it's up to the Pawn to direct that event to the AnimNodeSlot in the AnimTree. And that slot node knows how to distinguish additive and normal animations on it's own.

      Use a few nodes to add additive animation and treat like normal animation data.
