    Static decal not showing IOS

    Hi All,

    My decal is showing up when I play in editor, but not when I run in mobile previewer or on my ipad2.

    Here it is in the editor (excuse the grotesque stretched grass texture):



    Here it isn't in the previewer :



    Can anyone help?

    did you include the packages that contains your decal in your INI files upon cooking your level?

      Yes, they are definitely included. Just to check - do assets need to be cooked for the mobile previewer, or is this only for deployment targets?

        I decided the approach the problem another way - by using a static mesh a small distance off the ground, which is fine for my purposes. If anyone does now how to get decals working on ios please post here as I'm bound to have a need again in the future .

          I must admit, I'm stumped on decals for mobile. I've managed to get them visible in the editor window, however on the mobile previewed they won't show. I've also set them up in the mobile material section of the material editor. I'm using a decal material as well so I have no idea where I'm going wrong :S
