Standard tracks for a vehicle

Ok. Now there may come something hard to make. I'm using a Scorpion vehicle for this one. What I want to make, is that Scorpion being chased by object, what exactly doesn't matter at this point. Now comes the question: How can I make a static track for that Scorpion to drive, while the player is inside. Note, it has one very important restriction:

- The player must ONLY have the ability to shoot, NOT to drive.

Try a vehicle with a driver and a gunner slot. And make the player go in the gunner.

pity that it must be a scorpion because of it's speed.

Just set it's speed to whatever you want? You have full control of everything.
