performing transform on individual pivots?

Then instead of typing in a value, click drag on the arrow to the right of the field.

Typed in that way they are no longer relative rotation. Lets say there are some objects at 45 degrees, some at 90. if i type in 90 then they all become 90. i want relative rotation, so that 45 becomes 135, 90 becomes 180.

Select all the objects. Go into Properties (F4). Under Movement - Rotation, type in a value.

Is there a way to do rotation for multiple objects based on their local pivot and not the pivot of all the selected objects? thanks!
