    Weird Lighting

Hi, I am new on this forum so maybe I posted this thread wrong.

I'm looking for help. I am creating a level, but I have some problems with my lighting.
When I place some StaticMeshes in my level, I get the lighting that I want. But when I render it, the lighting get all messed up.

This is before I render it

And this is after I render it

I hope someone can help me!

    Thanks in advance!

That shadow that you originally see is a dynamic shadow used to preview the lighting before you build Lightmass.
Perhaps you can go into the Tree's properties and make it cast a Dynamic Shadow by ticking the Dynamic lighting channel and turning off the Static lighting channel. Then go into your light properties and make sure that the Dynamic lighting channel is checked too.

I found a few other people with this problem, and a thread on this very forum solved it for this guy at least.
He had issues with his Shadow Map resolution on the floor.

I hope this goes some way to helping
