frankit repliedIs there a way to create a Trigger-Volume out of an existing Static Mesh? i.e. Convert a SkyDome to a TriggerVolume.... Or create a TriggerVolume from the dimensions of a Skydome...? Apologies for the zombie resurrection above, but while BSP is outdated creating Trigger-Volumes out of Brushes is still relevant when you don't have the necessary 3ds skills etc...

Mogget repliedWell, BSP is an outdated and rather unreliable system especially for more complex shapes like spheres. If your going to convert it into a mesh I would suggest just making it in a dedicated 3D modeling program rather than using BSP to create the mesh.

In the editor, I make a sphere using a sphere extrapolation of 3 and it has no collision. However, when using 2, the collision is fine. Also, when I use sphere extrapolation of 3 and a large size, the collision only works with one half of the sphere and not the rest of it. What is going on?
Ultimately I want to turn it into a mesh that I can use for my Pawn.Tags: None
