    Sphere BSP has inconsistant collision

In the editor, I make a sphere using a sphere extrapolation of 3 and it has no collision. However, when using 2, the collision is fine. Also, when I use sphere extrapolation of 3 and a large size, the collision only works with one half of the sphere and not the rest of it. What is going on?

Ultimately I want to turn it into a mesh that I can use for my Pawn.

Well, BSP is an outdated and rather unreliable system especially for more complex shapes like spheres. If your going to convert it into a mesh I would suggest just making it in a dedicated 3D modeling program rather than using BSP to create the mesh.

Is there a way to create a Trigger-Volume out of an existing Static Mesh? i.e. Convert a SkyDome to a TriggerVolume.... Or create a TriggerVolume from the dimensions of a Skydome...? Apologies for the zombie resurrection above, but while BSP is outdated creating Trigger-Volumes out of Brushes is still relevant when you don't have the necessary 3ds skills etc...
