Hey everyone,
I've been thinking about this for quite a bit, but I can't get my head around it. If anyone's smart enough to figure this out, then I'd owe you big time.
I was thinking about making a puzzle room in UDK. Very simply, you are locked in a room and poisonous gas has been released (!) - you have to turn it off. What I'm trying to accomplish is making a way for the gas to hurt the player, but without using UnrealScript (I'm not much of a coder I'm afraid). I figure there must be a way to do this, with a combination of kismet and using different volumes. Making the visual side of the gas itself is easy, but making it actually do damage to the player feel mores difficult.
Any help would be much appreciated!
