Fern (foliage) Problem

Hello everyone,

I have been working on a fern plant and when inside perspective or inside the game, the fern looks like it has a grainy/static look to it.

Down below I have linked a video of what is happening. Any suggestions, walk through, advice, etc would be greatly appreciated.

I can't see anything in the video, except the rock. It's way too dark.

Put the fern material on a couple of planes and then move around and you'll see they are all grainy. To really see the difference put the default content fern in and compare it to my fern material on planes.
