    I have two questions:
    1) when I trying import ASE model created with 3ds max 2011, UDK give me this message:

How can i solve this ?

    2) I have a model contains multi-material, this materials has 4 IDs, when i import this model in UDK, the model appear with 3 IDs only !!!

How can i appear the model IDs correctly ?

    Check this

I reguards to part 1 look here - anyway the vertex count issue has happened to me too.

    I also use 3ds max 2011.

    and I found this -
    http://www.katsbits.com/smforum/index.php?topic=23.0 .

There is a short list of the causes.

in my case it is that I never export a material with it out of max. but in your case it may be something else. Take a look.

In regaurds to part 2 of your question. well I can't say that has happened to me so perhapts double check in 3ds Max make sure you got each material id correct. ... or something.

make sure the id's are in sequential order from 0-3 (or is it 1-4?)
i think i had that prob once and doing that solved it...i think*

Here's a shot of materials IDs in MAX compared with UDK:

Well, the screenshot there, you have 3 materials in Max and 3 slots in UDK... what's the issue?

And the vertex count warning comes up if you only have 1 uv channel. You need second uv channel for lightmass. Or you can ignore that warning and use the texture channel for lightmass but you need to change that light map coordinate index to 0.

            er...what taz1004 said

you have 3 IDs in UDK because you have 3 IDs in 3dsmax -_-
the 4th (in 3dsmax) is marked None. assign a material to it
