    Pixelated 1024x1024 texture

Any idea on how to make texture not look so pixelated?
From far away it looks alright.

=( any idea on how to fix it?A UDK user called wolfstein use green channel or something to make the texture not pix elated even when you look near it.

That is more due to stretching than pixellation. Look- your road is a long rectangle and the texture is probably a square or a shorter rectangle. It has to stretch to cover the road.

To change this, double click on the material applied to the road in the content browser. In the list on the right of the material editor that just popped up, you need to find this:
    texture coordinate

The output of that goes to the "uv" input of the diffuse texture of that material, allowing you to tile the texture as many times as you like vertically.

Of course, if that texture isn't tileable, then it's kind of useless there anyway.

AFAIK, It's not "pixelated", but stretched. If it's your own model, you may want to go back to the UVmapping. Test it with a checkermap while in the modeling software to make sure it's even.

Umm can i tile the texture in 3d max? UVunwraping make my texture to lower resolution and I'm wondering if I can tile them in3dmax or UDK

UVWUnwrap has nothing to do with the resolution of the texture.
