Character Selection in game

Hi, I have just finished my first map in UDK.

I have been testing it but was wondering when playing it over a LAN network will there be a way to allow the player joining to pick their character?

How does the character selection work in UDK? or is everyone the same character.

Any advice on this topic would be greatly appreciated!

I'm sure that you can make it with unreal script and mayby with kismet
