    Brush Seethrough Issue.

    Hey, i have a problem where i can see through brushes that's connected to a window.

    I have a 16 unit width wall with a substract to cut out a window, then a 8 unit width window brush inside of that. The problem is that the substract doesnt seem to create surfaces in the brush. If you understand what i mean: Here is a screen:



    Any ideas?

      Looks like a BSP bug. Are you keeping it on grid? What resolution? If you have several intersecting additive brushes you might get BSP bugs.

        Everything is on grid, no crossovers. Not sure what you mean with resolution, im a noob. Do you mean how many units im using for wall thickness etc?

          Maybe it'd help to just update my UDK? What's the best way to do that? Do i backup all my custom stuff and just remove/reinstall new version or is there any simple way to update it? I think i have the febuary version.

            I tried updating to April version but it didn't help. I seem to get alot of seethrough edges issues in windows. However the example above doesn't create any edges on the subtract at all.

            Is there anything wrong with the fundamental way im setting it up? Subtracting an addative brush to setup a hole for window then a thin addative on top of that inside the subtract to put glass textures on.

              Keeps happening in different places! Again. No brushes are running through eachother that i can find. Are there any troubleshooting tool? Neep help! :' (
