I'm using the November 2011 build. I'm having a problem with lighting — the lighting seem to be flickering on and off as the player moves around the level.

This is the only section of the level that's lit; I deleted all the other lights. It's all static lighting. Lightmap UVs have been laid out via the UV generation tool in the static mesh editor. Every mesh only has a single LOD.
Anybody know what could be causing this problem?
EDIT: Running the game with the -NOTEXTURESTREAMING flag solves the problem, but it's obviously not an ideal solution.
