Don't use a mover class, use a standard interp actor. Movers are a bit different.
They are more designed for lifts and such. They have an auto return etc if collision. In the case of a moving barrel. (I know its just a demo / trial) but still.
But yes interpfoliage seems to be your problem. I have done it before as well.
