vertex editing

Hi everyone i am new to the udk and i have built a fairly decent level so far, but i am having one major issue. I cant find the vertex editor tool in the toolbar or anything. Somebody please help me before i rip the rest of my hair out.....

no its the vertex editor for bsp's, i want to make a slight ramp on one of my pillars and need to move the vertices to do it

On the left panel you have 'Geometry Mode' or 'Shift + 2'...
